To start the Recruitment / Job Match process, companies require individuals from the
public to register on Recruitment Manager.
Go to the Passport 360 website.

Click on the “Register Now” button.
Fill in your personal details in the fields provided.
Once you have made your selection, select the add button.

An OTP pin will be sent to your email address.
Once you have received the OTP pin, enter it into the field available and select “Next
Step”
Another pop-up message will appear for you to add your ID or Passport number.
Note: you will also be required to upload a copy of your ID or Passport.
When you are complete, select the link button.
Fill in the required fields.

Use the dropdown selection to determine your availability.
Select the region you are in.
Select the Company you seek employment at.
Lastly, use the dropdown selection to choose which position you would be looking for
employment in.
When you are complete, select the save button.
Another screen will pop up and advise you to log into the Passport 360 application.

Note: Your login details will be emailed to you. Put in your username and password as
provided and select sign in.
Individual to complete Passport 360 Profile
Once you have registered on Recruitment Job Match, an email will be sent to you with
your password to log into Passport 360.
Enter your username and password as generated by the system.
Note: If you want to complete the process at a later stage, you can return to the log in page
by using the Passport 360 website and referring to the log in button.
When you are logged into Passport, you will be required to load further details onto the
system.
The landing page will show as displayed below.

To edit any personal details on your profile, select the edit button that displays on your
profile.
Add or edit the details accordingly.
Note: Add as many details as possible to your profile, thus giving the Company a better
view and understanding of you as an individual and your knowledge on the position.
When you are complete, select the save button to save your details.
• Safety Glance
Your safety glance is an at-a-glance summary of Employee Training and Medical
information. This can be customized to display your preferred items.
• Emergency Contact Details
Add your Emergency Contact Details by selecting the plus button.

When you are complete, select save.
Upload your proof of address.
Note: This is a mandatory field
To add further details to your profile, select the “Select Section” button.
Multiple selections will appear.
Here you can add your medical information, add any skills, professional registrations,
operating licenses, and work history. Ensure that you have selected the area correctly and
upload the supporting documentation.
Note: The upload of supporting documentation will follow the same process for each
section. its important to read the information that is required and fill in the details as
requested.

To upload a document in the relevant section, click on the respective field, for example,
“Medical”
To the right of the screen select the add button.
Browse your smart device for the supporting document and upload the document to the
application.
Fill in the rest of the fields.

When you are complete, select save.
Note: Add as much detail as possible to each relative section that is applicable to yourself.
Once you have added all the data applicable to yourself and personal profile, you may
download a copy of your system generated CV.
Simply click on the “Download CV” button that displays at the top of your profile.
Your system generated CV will download to your smart device for you to save and print as
required.
Note: There will be a POPI disclaimer on the cover of your CV and the CV pages will
include a “confidential” watermark on each page.
